I've been through a dozen different sync utilities over the past week trying to get a split routing environment between two law firms using different platforms playing well together. This is literally the only product I've tried that functions correctly. The few questions I had were handled easily by tech support. Will definitely keep SyncGene in mind for future problem solving.
