Support was received quickly, the support person seemed knowledgeable but did not have the necessary technical help to resolve the problem today so it'll be Monday before it is addressed. Not a problem for me but could be an issue for others so would recommend tech server support be available over weekends too. Not part of this call but one issue I have pop up occasionally is that for seemingly no reason my contact list will duplicate or triple contacts so I have to "prune" contacts back.
